With this action, Talent Arena establishes itself as the leading European event for digital talent, offering a platform for international collaboration, technological innovation, and professional growth.

Digital Talent takes flight!
At The Digital Talent Flight, you’ll enjoy an immersive experience designed to transform the IT sector. Weeks before the event on 4 March, a hackathon will be held in collaboration with EPITECH in Paris, bringing together over 100 developers. From this competition, the top five teams will be selected to present their innovative solutions onboard the flight.
Their projects will leverage artificial intelligence systems to customise and optimise onboard experience for Vueling flights. The winning team will be announced upon arrival at Talent Arena during the main event.

What Are We Looking For?
Your role will be pivotal in adding value as a judge, providing expert evaluations, recommendations for improvement, and mentoring teams. Final project presentations will take place onboard, mid-flight. Upon arriving at Talent Arena, the winning team will be announced.

YOUR ITINERARY
1. Complimentary flight from Paris to Barcelona
Enjoy a round-trip flight on 4 March with all travel expenses covered. Depart at 6:30 a.m. from Orly Airport to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN).
2. Participate as a hackathon judge during the flight
3. Landing in Barcelona and winner announcement at Talent Arena
4. Enjoy a full day at Talent Arena
Your participation includes entry to Talent Arena, Europe’s leading digital talent event, where on 4 March, you’ll enjoy keynotes from Steve Wozniak (Apple), Lauren Lyons (SpaceX), Luca Mezzalira (Amazon Web Services), and many more. You’ll also have the chance to join the Open Gateway DevCon, offering insights into the global impact of Network APIs and their role in driving innovation
5. Return to Barcelona Airport and flight back to Paris
Board a private coach at 6:30 p.m. from Talent Arena (Plaça Espanya) to Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). Take the return flight at 8:05 p.m. to Orly Airport .
